JANE COTATI

At the burned down site of the infamous dive bar, Red’s Recovery Room (name dropped in a Tom Waits song), Design Draw Build master planned the redevelopment of the aforementioned bar and the adjacent building into three revitalized commercial spaces. The middle, and first to open was the Jane Cotati dispensary – voted the Best New Dispensary in the North Bay in 2023 by the North Bay Bohemian Magazine. Design Draw Build upgraded the existing shell of the building for modern fire and life safety, energy code, and accessibility while retaining some of the historic industrial details.
