MAGNOLIA FIREHOUSE

Design Draw Build assisted the Owner and Architect of Record - Baran Studio Architecture—in the revitalization of a 1920’s Oakland Firehouse as the Builder, providing design-build services and general contractor oversight. The restoration included the replacement of deteriorating windows, rebuilding exterior brick quoins, installation of new front carriage doors, and new concrete shear walls to be California seismic-compliant. The Firehouse revival also includes a newly built ADU at the rear of the site.
