WEST OAKLAND SUSTAINABLE COLIVING

This three-unit 6,000 sf sustainable co-living complex was built by Design Draw Build, serving as the General Contractor while adding Design-Build integration with the Architect of Record, Baran Studio Architecture. Each two-unit shares a central paved courtyard and a communal outdoor space for sustainable gardening. The mixed materials of board and batten, sleek stucco, cedar cladding and right angle steel window shades really modernize the exterior of the “row house”.
