TRELLIS HOUSE
Trellis House is a 1915 historic craftsman home that was revitalized with a modern makeover. The renovation and expansion of the existing 1,800 square foot home include a well-appointed new kitchen, a new full bathroom and half bath, and an update to the living room.
The new solarium facing the rear yard blends the transition between indoors and outdoors and overlooks the new 480 square foot ADU built in the rear of the lot.
