RIVER VIEW

This challenging site, located along the Napa River, required Design Draw Build to design with flooding and sea level rise in mind. This three-story guest house utilizes the first level to elevate the living spaces above the ground, preventing potential flood damage. The resulting height of the home allowed us to capture views up and down the Napa River while complimenting the adjacent home and surrounding environment.
