Oakland Hills New Single-Family Construction
DDB has begun construction on a new single-family house in the Oakland Hills. This three story house will be built into a large uphill slope using large retaining walls.

FIREHOUSE RENOVATION AND BACKYARD ADU
DDB is currently constructing an ADU in Oakland in back of an old firehouse that will also be remodeled. The ADU is two stories with a rooftop deck.
