Collaborating with Andrew Lee Architecture, Design Draw Build’s role as Design-Build and General Contractor on this Additional Unit Garage and Climbing Gym. The climbing gym is set 30” below grade to respect zoning restrictions to maximize the height indoors. The backyard enclosure made of Redwood, provides a vast contrast next to the stucco parking structure and provides privacy from the surrounding neighboring buildings.
