TRELLIS ADU

Trellis ADU is an efficient 480 sf. one bedroom, one bathroom ADU. Cathedral ceilings aide the small ADU feel expansive and open with the large windows capturing lots of natural light. Designed with all electric appliances to reduce its impact on the environment, the ADU’s solar produces enough electricity to offset usage for both the ADU and the main home. The shared communal garden connecting to the main house creates a sense of an outdoor living space, mixing indoors and outdoors as well as promoting social engagement and co-housing community. Trellis ADU adds housing density to a single-family lot, promotes affordable housing and community bonds, while increasing the property’s value and provides long-term income to the owners.
