MAGNOLIA FIREHOUSE + ADU

Design Draw Build assisted the Architect of Record, Baran Studio Architecture, and Owner in the revitalization of a 1920’s Oakland Firehouse as the Builder, while providing CG project oversight. The restoration included replacement of deteriorating windows, rebuilding exterior brick quoins, installation of new front carriage doors, and new concrete shear walls to be California seismic compliant. The Firehouse revival also includes a newly built ADU at the rear of the site to be utilized for additional rental income.
