TRELLIS HOUSE

Trellis House is a 1915 historic craftsman home that was revitalized with with a modern makeover. The renovation of the 1,800 sf. home includes a remodel & expansion of a full bathroom, creation of a laundry closet,  updated living room, a brand-new design & build of a new half-bath tucked away under the stairway, and a new extensive kitchen with all the fixings (cabinetry, appliances, & peninsula). The addition of the new solarium mediates the threshold between indoors and outdoors, overlooking the new 480 sf ADU built in the rear of the lot.
